Foodomics laboratory at Department of Food Science and Technology (building 2), Faculty of Agro-Industry, Kasetsart University (Chatuchak, Bangkok), particularly focuses on understanding the chemical composition, biochemical processes involved in food production and its health implications by using omics techniques. This knowledge is crucial for enhancing food safety, quality, and health benefits associated with various Thai potential raw materials and food products. Our work integrates and collaborates various scientific disciplines, including biochemistry, food science, agriculture and data analysis, to address complex questions related to food production and consumer health. This interdisciplinary approach is a hallmark of foodomics research, aiming to improve consumer well-being through better potential Thai food products.
