Favorite moment from high school?

My favorite moment of my high school career was the date of our class Senior Legacy presentations on December 9th. On this day I was able to showcase all my hard work in the previous months and was able to expand my network as a student as well.

Most influential adult throughout my K-12 journey:

The most influential adult in my journey was Ms. Kanno who was my English teacher for my first two years of high school. She taught me that I could accomplish so much in my life by being gritty and never giving up. It was in her class where I was able to really realize my potential as a student.

What are you most looking forward to?
I am looking forward to continuing my journey in education and gaining more experiences outside of my hometown. I believe that I am ready to embrace the changes that will come as I become as adult but will never forget my identity and roots which will always keep me grounded at home.
