Companies


Edit

  1. Name

  2. Address

  3. Contact Phone

  4. Email - Main company email address

  5. Technical Email - Company technical contact email address. Generally the address of the person who handles technical issues for the company. Multiple email addresses can be used when separated by ;.

  6. Daily Notifications Email - Email address where daily notifications are to be sent.

  7. Website URL - Company website info if applicable.


Settings


  1. System Settings

    1. Session Timeout - The amount of time in minutes a non-active session will automatically be logged out. 10-720 minutes is accepted.

    2. Password Minimum Length - Choose a minimum password length requirement for your company.

    3. Time Zone

    4. Delivery Preference Method - Allow customers to choose their delivery preference on a per document basis or one global setting for all documents.

    5. Delivery Preference Customer Update Method - Disabled by default. When enabled at delivery preference query if customer record has changed the customer record will be updated in the ConnectSuite e-Delivery database. Note that customer records are matched on Account Number. Account numbers will not be duplicated or changed.

    6. Authentication - Choose the type of authentication you wish to use for non document links in emails.

    7. Welcome Template - Choose the template for the welcome email.

  2. Print Settings

    1. Force All Documents to Print - Override email settings and force all document jobs to print. Disabled by default. When enabled System Status = Forced Print: ON

  3. Email Settings

    1. Pause Sending of Email - Stop future emails from being sent. This will pause uploaded jobs with emails as well as any campaign emails scheduled for processing. Disabled by default. When enabled System Status = Email On

    2. Forward All Emails to This Email Address - Forward all emails to one email address, regardless of document email or campaign recipient. Disabled by default. When enabled System Status will show red exclamation. Hover over exclamation to see the forwarding email address.

    3. Allow End User to Update Email Address - Choose to allow your customers to update their email address. Disabled by default.

    4. Normal Delivery Time - Configure the time of day the Email Queue starts to process. Emails added to the queue after the processing time will process the next day. Note that when campaign emails process they move to the email queue and will get sent based on the email queue delivery time.

    5. Email Exception Method - Do nothing by default. When Reprints is selected and there is an email exception on an emailed document (e.g. an email bounces) the document attached will move to Reprints. Get_reprints action will need to be run in the companies local enviroment to pull down documents that need to be printed and run them through the print workflow as would be done with a print only customer.

  4. Campaign Settings

    1. Pause Campaign Processing - Disabled by default. When enabled scheduled campaign processing will pause and campaign emails will not move to the email queue to be sent until the pause is disabled.

    2. Pause Sending of Campaign Emails - Disabled by default. When enabled scheduled campaigns process but campaign emails will not be sent until the pause is disabled.

    3. Process Campaign Time - Configure the time of day campaigns process. Campaign emails will start to move to the email queue at this time and start to get sent at the Normal Delivery Time (the time of say the email queue starts to process).

  5. Payment Settings

    1. Pause Payment Processing - When enabled all payment processing will pause.

    2. Process Recurring Payments Time - Configure the time of day recurring payments start to process.

  6. Notifications Settings - Configure email in Company Edit settings. Reports are sent daily at 5 am CDT.

    1. Reprints - Email exception method must bet set to Reprint.

    2. Exceptions - Report on email exceptions.

  7. Custom Field Labels - Configure up to 5 custom fields.




Users



  1. Users - By default two users are created.

    1. %company%_ADMIN - Default admin user.

    2. %company%_WS - Generally used for in the customers workflow as a web services user to make calls to ConnectSuite e-Delivery.

  2. Actions

    1. Edit - Edit user information and/or change password.

    2. Delete - Remove user from company.



Document Types





  1. New Document Type - Create a new document.

  2. Name - Document name.

    1. Description - Document description. Note that this will appear in an email templates subject line with the variable [%doc_description%].

    2. Security Level - Security applied to the document.

    3. Available Online - Yes=document available online. No=document not available online.

  3. Actions

    1. Edit document definition, payment settings, document details and delivery options.

    2. Delete - Remove user from company.



Create New Document


  1. Document Type Definition

    1. Document name

    2. Document Description - Note that this will appear in an email templates subject line with the variable [%doc_description%].

    3. Email Template - Choose the email template associated with this document for email customers.

  2. Payment Settings

    1. Payment Account - Email support to learn about setting up a payment account.

    2. Recurring Payment Template - Choose the email template associated with recurring payments.

    3. Payment Confirmation Template - Choose the email template associated with payments confirmations.

  3. Document Details

    1. Requires a Document - Yes=Document is required. No=Document is not required.

    2. Document is Available Online - Yes=document available online. No=document not available online.

    3. Authentication Required to View Document - Yes=Choose the type of authentication required. No=Authentication not required.

    4. Attach PDF to Document - Yes=This document will always be an attached to email (size limit=512KB). No=This document will be downloaded via link in email body.

    5. Attach PDF Security - When Attach PDF is enabled use security before access to the document is granted.

      1. Note that this option may cause your emails to be blocked by firewalls or anti-virus scanners.

  4. Delivery Options

    1. Allow Customers to Select All Available Delivery Methods - Yes=Customer can choose both print and email, print only or email only. No=Customer can choose print only or email only (they cannot choose both print and email).

    2. Select Delivery Preference Methods Available to Customers - Choose the available delivery preference options customers can choose from. Note that this setting overrides "Allowing Customers to Select All Available Delivery Methods" setting.


Email Templates



  1. New Email Template - Create an email template.

  2. Name - Email template name.

    1. Subject - Email template subject line.

  3. Actions

    1. Edit - Edit email templates definition.

    2. Delete - Remove an email template from company.

    3. Preview - View the email template.

    1. Generate Text Version from HTML Above - Use this when a text version of an HTML template is needed.
