Network & Service Info

The ConnectSuiteAutomateService must be running in order to fully utilize CSA.

Permissions

CSA must be installed and running as an administrator with access to and read/write/modify rights to files and folders in the following paths by default:

• %systemroot%:\ConnectSuiteAutomate

• %systemroot%:\ProgramData\ConnectSuiteAutomate

• %systemroot%:\ProgramData\Krengel Technology

• If CSA is configured with other local or network paths read/write/modify rights to those files and folders will be required.

Network Info

The following domains may be entered as firewall exceptions:

• *.connect-suite.com

• *.docutransfer.com

  • Port 80

  • Port 443

Proxy Configuration

If your organization is using a proxy, these following settings should be configured in the CSA proxy server configuration:

• Proxy Server

• Port

• Domain

• Username

• Password
