Log Files

CSA logs are located in %systemroot%:\Program Data\Krengel Technology

• You may need to "Show hidden files and folders"
• Error log naming convention: syslog_YYYYMMDD
  • When referencing a logfile always confirm you are looking at the logfile with the same date when the error occurred.
