Customer Reports


  1. Customer Delivery Preference Report - This report is on a per customer basis. If the customer has multiple documents this report will show their last delivery preference activity. E.g., the customer has 4 documents and chose to opt-in on three of them and then opt-out on the fourth document. The report will produce the last activity only (opt-out in this scenario).

  2. Customer Opt-in, Opt-out Activity Report - This report is on a per document basis. If the customer has multiple documents this report will show activity for ALL documents if Show all document types for each customer is selected. If not selected, the report will generate data for the document selected in the Document Type drop down.

    1. Choose your date range. Delivery preference is reported based on the end date of your date range.

    2. Select Document Type (or select Show all document types for each customer).

    3. Choose your report type:

      1. Customers that have opted in.

      2. Customers that have opted out.

      3. Customers that have changed delivery preference (opted in/opted out).
