Campaign Management

Create New Campaigns


  • Move your customers from print to email and cut down on your costs.

  • New campaigns can be created at Campaign Management> Scheduled Campaigns> New Campaigns


  1. Email Campaign

    1. Campaign Title - Give your campaign a uniquely identifying title.

    2. Description - Describe your campaign.

    3. Send From Email - Email address the campaign email appears to originate from. A "no-reply@yourcompany.com" is recommended here.

    4. Campaign Template - Choose a pre-configured email template for your campaign email. This template is what the email will look like in the customers inbox.

  2. Target Audience

    1. Data Type - Internal = customers in the ConnectSuite e-Delivery database; External = use a custom workflow to create your campaign rosters.

    2. Target users who have not been contacted in - Choose how often to target customers.

    3. Group - In development

    4. Document Type - Choose document type(s) to associate to the campaign email.

    5. Delivery Method - Choose the delivery methods you wish to target.

    6. Override Customer's Unsubscribe Preference - When enabled a campaign email will be sent even if the customer has unsubscribed in the past.

    7. Unique Alphanumeric Key - Unique key used in External Data Type campaigns to match the custom workflow document to the correct campaign in the ConnectSuite e-Delivery database.

  3. Delivery Date

    1. Send Date - Select the date you wish to start the campaign.

    2. Repeat - Repeating a campaign will requeue the campaign after it is sent out to the customers based off of the target audience criteria.

      1. Repeat the created campaign never, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.

      2. E.g., to send out emails to customers you have not contacted in over 30 days, you would select that option in the target audience and set a daily repeating campaign. Customers who have not been contacted in 29 days would then be contacted during the next repetition of this campaign as the criteria would be met the next day.


Scheduled Campaigns



  1. New Campaign - Create a new campaign.

  2. Name - Name of campaign.

    1. Description - Description of campaign.

    2. Next Run - Date/Time campaign is scheduled to run.

    3. Repeat - Configure campaigns to repeat never, daily, weekly or yearly.

    4. Type - Internal = customers in the ConnectSuite e-Delivery database; External = using a custom workflow to create your campaign rosters.

    5. Status - Current Campaign status

    6. Actions

      1. Edit

      2. Delete


Completed Campaigns



  1. Date Range - Choose date range of completed campaigns you wish to view.

  2. Name - Name of campaign.

    1. Description - Description of campaign.

    2. Date Run - Date/Time campaign was run.

    3. Type - Internal = customers in the ConnectSuite e-Delivery database; External = using a custom workflow to create your campaign rosters.

  3. Actions

    1. Details - View metrics on a completed campaign with the ability to drill into email exceptions and see the number of opt-in and opt-outs.

    2. Emails Sent - View the customers sent an email as part of the campaign.
