Widgets

  1. Date Range - Choose a specific day, the last week, the last month or the last 6 months.

  2. Email Activity Overview

    1. Sent - Emails marked as sent.

    2. Accepted - When an email has accepted by the receiving server this event fires.

    3. Deferred - When an email cannot be immediately delivered but hasn't been completely rejected this event fires. Deferred messages will attempt to be successfully sent for 72 hours.

    4. Bounced - When a server cannot or will not deliver a message this event fires. Bounces are often caused by outdated or incorrectly entered email addresses.

    5. Dropped - There are a number of reasons your email will not even be sent to a recipient for delivery. This event informs your system when an email has been dropped. Further, it provides a reason for the drop, such as if the recipient has unsubscribed previously.

    6. Spam - When the recipient marks an email as spam this event will fire. Most internet service providers provide a feedback loop, sending specific spam complaints to the email service providers. Note that once an email is marked as spam by the recipient all subsequent send attempts will be dropped until the recipient marks the message as not spam.

    7. Opened - An opened email is the first step toward the action you want your recipient to take. This event fires every time the email is viewed with images turned on.

      1. If the recipient does not have images turned on this event will not fire.

    8. Clicked - The pinnacle of email engagement, this event fires when the recipient clicks a link in the email.

  3. Configure the widget order and/or remove and add widgets.

  4. Delivery Preference Breakdown - Total print and email customers and total documents processed in date range selected.

  5. Document Types Breakdown - Total number of specific documents sent via print and email.

  7. Email Activity Statistics - Compact view of Email Activity Overview graph with the ability to drill down into email exceptions (Deferred, Dropped, Bounced, Spam)

Note that if a PDF is attached to an email there may not be an open or click event fired.

Login Help
