Configuring e-Certify

Note: The e-Certified tab has been retired in ConnectSuite Automate v2.x. Functionality is configured via Actions.

Configuring ConnectSuite Automate v.1.5

v1.5: Navigate to File > Setup > Choose e-Certified Tab

1. Enter URL
   1. Production - https://ecertifyws.connect-suite.com/service.asmx
   2. Developer Testing - http://ecertifyws.toddforce.com/service.asmx
2. Username - Web portal username
3. Password - Web portal user password
4. Proof of Delivery - Activate proof of delivery downloads. Note POD's available are sent from the USPS on Mondays only.
   1. Download Folder - Select the download folder location where data will be stored.
   2. File Name - Custom file naming available. Default naming convention is [tracking_number]_[mail_date].
   3. Default folder location - %systemroot%/ConnectSuiteAutomate/POD

Reports - Activate scheduled download of piece reports

1. Piece Reports - Activate piece reports download. Note that the Piece report is located in the web portal at Reports> Reports> Pieces.
2. Default folder location - %systemroot%/ConnectSuiteAutomate/Reports
3. File Name: Custom file naming available. Default naming convention is [report_type]_[created_date].
4. Reporting Days - Report is generated every day between 12:00-3:00 am of client timezone. "Reporting Days" indicates how many passed days would be included into report. e.g..
   1. 1 - will generate report for all of the pieces processed yesterday (0:00-24:00 in client's time zone)
   2. 2 - last two days and so on.
