Tuesday 14th November
We have started to explore the Zones of Regulation which are tools to help us to regulate ourselves better when things start to go wrong. We have learnt about the Blue, Green, Yellow and Red Zones and how we might feel when we are in them.
Wednesday 3rd January
We learnt that it is okay to be in any of the zones and when we might expect to feel certain things. We spent time having discussions about different scenarios and sorting them into the colours - we soon started to realise that there are many ways a person could feel in different situations.
