Visa Processing Sequence
The visa application process begins with the Student Visa.
Processing of the Guardian or Dependent Visa will commence after the Student Visa is approved by the Immigration Office.
Once an application is submitted, please avoid making travel arrangements during the processing period, as this can complicate the process and cause delays.
Guardian and Dependent Visa Requirements
Guardian and Dependent Visa applications will only be processed after receiving Student Visa approval.
Preparing all required documents in advance will expedite the process. Refer to the checklist for specific requirements.
A completed Statutory Declaration Form is mandatory for the Guardian Visa application. This form can be requested from the Admissions Office.

Visa Renewals
For visa renewals, contact the KH8 Visa Liaison Officer at least 3 months before your visa's expiry date.
Compliance and Updates
Failure to submit all required documents may result in delays or rejection of your application. Please comply with Immigration Malaysia requirements to ensure a smooth application process.
Immigration Malaysia requirements are subject to change without prior notice, in line with Malaysian laws and government policies. KH8 will update parents promptly regarding any changes.
