Welcome to King Henry VIII (KH8) College Malaysia.
To ensure a smooth transition for our international students, it is essential to secure a valid student visa before commencing studies. The student visa application process is governed by the Immigration Department of Malaysia and involves submitting the necessary documents, adhering to guidelines, and meeting the stipulated timelines.
Our Visa Office is here to assist parents and students throughout this process. We aim to provide clear guidance, minimise delays, and ensure compliance with immigration regulations. For further inquiries or support, please do not hesitate to contact our team.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you to our school community.
The fees for visa application remains non-refundable regardless of the application outcome.
At KH8, we understand the importance of family support for our international students. To facilitate this, parents or guardians accompanying their children may apply for a Guardian Visa, while siblings or dependents may require a Dependent Visa. These visas are issued under specific conditions outlined by the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
Our Visa Office is dedicated to assisting families with the application process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met within the stipulated timelines. We aim to make this process seamless and stress-free for our school community.
Visa applicants must ensure that all required documents are submitted to our school at least 14 days before their visa expires to process the application. If unable to meet this deadline, please make necessary departure arrangements in advance to allow sufficient processing time and avoid overstaying.
Should you have any questions or need further guidance, please contact our team. We are here to support you every step of the way.

At KH8, we are committed to supporting the wellbeing of our international students and their families. We understand that having both parents present plays a crucial role in a child’s educational journey abroad.
In certain cases, a Second Guardian Visa may also be pursued for the accompanying spouse. Each of these visas falls under the regulations set by the Immigration Department of Malaysia, and eligibility is based on specific criteria.
Our Visa Support Team is here to provide guidance throughout the entire process—from preparing documentation to meeting application timelines. Our goal is to offer families peace of mind by ensuring that the process is clear, efficient, and fully supported.
