At our school, we are dedicated to delivering a seamless and supportive educational experience. We work closely with the Ministry of Education (MoE) and the Immigration Department of Malaysia to ensure that our students meet all regulatory requirements and secure the necessary documentation promptly. Our committed team guides families through every step of the process, adhering to the latest policies and procedures set by these authorities. By fostering strong relationships with the MoE and Immigration, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient experience, enabling students and their families to focus on academic success and personal growth.
The Expatriate Services Division (ESD), under the Immigration Department, handles employment passes, dependent passes, and work permits for foreign workers and their families.
The Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture (MOTAC) manages the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program, overseeing dependent visas and long-term residency for foreign nationals.
Dependents under Employment Passes and MM2H who wish to study in Malaysia required to get The Permission to Study Stamp. Which is an official authorization that allows foreign nationals, including dependents to pursue education in Malaysia. This stamp is typically issued as a Student Pass by the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
Please get in touch with your employer or visa agent to submit the application for the Permit to Study stamp to the Immigration Office. If you need a Confirmation Letter, please fill in the following form to facilitate our process.
