ParentSquare - Staff

ParentSquare is a parent engagement tool that helps teachers and staff easily communicate and collaborate with parents. Already set up for your classrooms, you can start using ParentSquare right away to send messages to your families, share pictures and request participation.

Accessing ParentSquare

Accessing from a Web Browser (PC/Mac)

Navigate to parentsquare.com.
Click "Sign In" found in the top-right corner.
In the Sign In box, click either the "Sign In with Google" or "Sign In with Microsoft"
- If you are on a work computer and already signed into your account you should automatically go to your ParentSquare dashboard.
- If you are not on a work computer or already signed into your account you will have to sign in.
After signing-in you should be on your ParentSquare Dashboard

Accessing from a Phone (iOS/Android)

Download the ParentSquare Mobile app
- Links can be found below, or search for "ParentSquare" in your app store.
Open the app on your mobile device.
In the Sign In box, click either the "Sign In with Google" or "Sign In with Microsoft"
- If you have already signed in on your personal device using the device's settings, you should be able to select the account from a list. Make sure you select your work account.
- If you are not already signed in on your personal device you will need to do so. If this is something you choose to do, it is recommended you sign in using your device's account settings first.
After signing in you should be on your ParentSquare Dashboard.

The only step you don't have to worry about is the "staff email address" or "invitation email" as all KHSD Staff are setup by our IT department.
