Students
How do I sign onto my school account?
Follow the instructions here! Your password was reset to !YYYYMMDD and you'll need to set it up in a specific way, but once you do so - you'll only have that one account! No more separate accounts for Microsoft and Google and Canvas!
How do I turn in my assignments in Canvas?
That depends on how your teacher assigns them. Some assignments will have you fill in a text box at the end, follow your teachers directions, and hit submit on the top right. Other assignments might have you working on an embedded file like a Google Doc or Slide deck. Some assignments might require you to upload or attach a file. You should be able to attach them from your Google Drive but if there is any trouble, download the file and reupload it on Canvas. Here are some more detailed instructions. How do I get StudentVUE set up?
First you need your Activation Key Letter. This should have been given to you upon enrollment. You can also get one made for you by contacting your school site. Then you can follow the directions on the letter, or you can watch this video!
How do I get the StudentVUE app for my phone?
First, make sure that you have set up your StudentVUE account as above. Then download and install the app, your sign-in information is the same as what you set up.
How do I get Canvas on my phone?
It is strongly advised you use Canvas on a Chromebook or Computer. Google Chrome is also the best web browser for Canvas (Firefox also works well). However, there is an official app that can be helpful for reminding your of your calendar events and due dates.
Parents
How do I get my ParentVUE set up?
There's a video for that! You'll need your student's name, birth date, and zip code.

Can I access my student's work in Canvas?
Yes! It's called setting up an "Observer Account" instructions are on this page. Your student can get you the Observer pairing code.
