Review: Text to Speech converts any written message into a voice message. The pull down menu allows the user to customize 14 phrases per page or type a more lengthy unique message in the text box. User controls allow for the speed of the speech to be adjusted and the sound of the voice (male or female) to be adjusted. Pages with customized messages can be archived. The app is very simple in design with a two color basic design, but there is no limit to what the app can turn from text to talk. The Privacy Policy states that it does not collect user information and will not contact user unless responding to a plea for technical help. For those who have the capability to communicate through written words but not through voice, this free app gives them the ability to communicate more easily with others.
