Design and Technology

The Design and Technology Department at Kang Chiao International School provides students with a comprehensive technological education, promoting skills in communication, data analysis, multimedia creation, and collaborative research. From Grades 7 through 9, the school offers Product Design as part of the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), allowing students to explore design concepts through practical applications.

In addition to MYP courses, the department provides a variety of school-based courses such as Digital Design, Computer Programming, Robotics Engineering, and APP Development. Students also have the opportunity to participate in VEX Robotics, where they enhance their problem-solving and engineering skills through hands-on, real-world experiences.
