"Love Is Good" by the Marvelettes

What an educational and foreboding tune...

Not a lot is known about this song, there's no musical breakdowns of the lyrics, no release history, I couldn't even find the lyrics on google. What is known is the notion of love and that its meant to be used and used well. This song was heard in jukeboxes and radios all across the county.

The Marvelettes were a chirpy all female quartet of singers that were first formed in the early 1960's. Although not as prominent as The Supremes or Martha Wells, they did produce a variety of hits such as "Please Mr.Postman" and "Playboy" throughout their carrier. They would break up in the 70's do their stronger vocalists leaving to pursue other ventures.
