Pono Kitchen Connection is an informational series created by the School Food Services Branch to promote food safety and USDA guideline compliance in K–12 cafeterias. We encourage managers to read and share these resources with their staff to support continuous improvement and professional development.
ICN training courses are designed to support school nutrition professionals by providing the knowledge, practical skills, and industry insights needed to promote healthy and effective school nutrition programs.
