Try to always keep your Google Calendar up to date.
If you would like to set up a meeting, send a Calendar invite and use the "find the time" feature.
Always try to respond to a calendar invite in a timely manner.
Google Classroom courses have their own calendar. All assignments that have due dates are automatically inputted into these calendars. All your students can see these calendars on their Google Calendar.
You can set up Calendar notifications to remind you of the things you have scheduled.

Go to your Google Calendar
Click the triangle/drop down next to "Other Calendars" and select the "From URL" option.
Paste the text from the table below into the URL field and then click the "Add Calendar" button.
REPEAT steps 2 & 3 for each calendar you wish to add.
Purpose of assessment calendars: Use these calendars to inform other teachers of any events within your subject that may increase workload, stress or energy levels of the students. Example: Test, Mile Run, Presentation, Project Due, etc.
Open Google Calendar.
Double-click any empty space in your Calendar.
Add the details of your meeting:
Title of your meeting
Add guests
Find a time in which you and your guests are all available
Click Make it a Zoom Meeting to create a Zoom link (if it's an online meeting.)
Click Save.
