In PowerSchool:
Navigate to the “Student List”. From the drop-down menu, select “Course Name.”
2. In the search bar (labeled Search: Course Name), type the name of the course for which you want to create a contact group. Then click “Go.”
3. To apply a second filter (e.g., by Grade Level in addition to Course Name), click on the relevant column heading and choose the desired filter.
4. Click “Actions” and select “Download CSV” to export the list.
Optional: Save this report for future use. This will save time by allowing you to skip the search step next time.
