5. Plan ahead! Label and filter your emails so you can easily delete messages under the same label in bulk. The filters will also work for existing and incoming messages.
For example: Label all messages coming from classifiedads@jisedu.or.id, and then delete all JIS Ad emails in one go by the end of the school year.

How: Just like in Step 1, use the Advanced Search options to create filter rules for specific email messages.
Some emails that you might want to label and filter:
Sodexo
Classified Ads
Google Classroom messages
Please create a label and filter for each type of message! Ex. 1 filter for Sodexo, a new filter for Google Classroom, etc.
There are different ways to find the files and media that take up space in your Drive:
Focus on deleting the largest files/media first.
Videos and photos take up a lot of space in your Drive! To find the largest video files in your storage space, go to Storage https://drive.google.com/drive/quota.
Click "Storage Used" on the right-hand side of the page to change the order of the files from largest to smallest.
Right-click the file that you wish to delete, then select "Remove".
*Some videos to look for: Zoom lesson videos, old classroom videos
2. Move the files that you share with your team and the ones that need to stay with JIS as institutional files in the MS Shared Drive.
Select the files you wish to move to Shared Drive. Hold the command key in your Macbook if you would like to move several files in one go.
All files in the Shared Drive won't count in your quota.
