Technology is part of the fabric of the Middle School at JIS. With the Internet at their fingertips and personal MacBook Air laptops at their disposal, students embrace a way of learning that is based on inquiry and creativity.
The MSHS Librarian, Kelsey Hedrick, and the Technology Coach, Michelle Matias, work together closely to support students, teachers and parents. A strong emphasis on balance and digital citizenship assure that technology is used properly and that students learn how to navigate their digital world safely and effectively.
