HJCC - Live Timeline

Head Chair

Hey guys ! My name is Dev Belliappa and this is my third year in ISKL. MUN has been an integral part of my high school career. I have attended five conferences. Alongside, my love for MUN is a passion for research, debate and of course history. I promise all of you a fun and exciting committee where you can try your hand at policy making and strategy…..all kinds of things can happen! Aside from school, I enjoy watching football and classic films. This may be my final conference and I hope to end my MUN journey in spectacular fashion. I hope to see all of you in November.

Deputy Chair

Hello! My name is Lauren Zhou and I’m a senior attending the International School Manila. I was born in the United States, but I’ve lived in the Philippines for nearly 9 years. MUN has been an intrinsic part of my high school career, and I’ve attended 6 conferences thus far. To me, MUN is a riveting simulation of the United Nations, and it has greatly impacted my political awareness. So far, I’ve delegated in ECOSOC during IASAS 2017, and have chaired the HJCC committee during IASAS 2018. I am also a passionate history student, which is why I’m eager to be a chair of the Historical Joint Crisis committee once again. I look forward to meeting you all soon!
