What sparks your imagination?
We made these during online learning this year. Wouldn't they look great somewhere around Hong Kong?
We made these during online learning this year. Wouldn't they look great somewhere around Hong Kong?
The mural I’ve made is about an imaginary planet that doesn't exist, and it has a ring around it like the planet Saturn. This sparks my imagination because I think that there are a lot of other planets that exist in the universe, but we just haven't discovered them yet. I also think that we will discover more of them soon. The images in my mural that convey this is the ring around the imaginary planet. If I could paint it anywhere, one place I wish I could paint my mural would be on a public wall. My image isn’t that complicated, so I would choose to paint it in a smaller area, like a wall.
The meaning/purpose would be to attract people to look at it, and think that the universe is gigantic and that scientists still haven’t discovered most of the planets.
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is in a park, as I think it really blends into the atmosphere, and that people can have fun while looking at it.
The meaning/purpose would be different here because then more people would come here, to look at my painting and have fun in the park, at the same time.
The mural I’ve made is about the movie series “007” mixed with pizza. This sparks my imagination because I could combine two of the things that I like, in this case, it is pizza and “007”. The images in my mural that convey this are the “007” logo with pizza in the “0”s, it means strange and fun to me when combining these two things that I like.
If I could paint it anywhere, one place I wish I could paint my mural would be on a wall in my room
The meaning/purpose would be to show my family or people that can see my sticker my imagination or ideas, which means to show my thinking and share my mural.
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is on a wall in my house.
The meaning/purpose would be different here because I can let more people see my ideas or imagination. That way I can spread my mural and my creativity.
The mural I’ve made is about a possessed tram from the 1990s.
This sparks my imagination because I though I am invested in science and whatnot, the premise of spirits are very cool, and there are so many things that I could do with them. Making them flow out of a zombie tram was just the tip of the iceberg.
The images in my mural that convey this are the purple spirits flying out through the windows and the Ghost lord crashing through the top of my tram
If I could paint it anywhere, one place I wish I could paint my mural would be on a doorway, because they get good publicity and if I put it on a building it might seem the building is infested. I would like any doorway that gains good publicity, because lots of people would see it.
The meaning/purpose would be to spread creativity and tell people to layback from their uptight everyday life.
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is in a skatepark ramp, because people would see it when they ride up the ramp.
The meaning/purpose would be different here because though it's still looking for publicity, in a skatepark this could mean it is a dynamic thing and because ramps can be went up 1 person at a time, it kind of gives the idea that we can accomplish this by working together.
The mural I’ve made is about a Moyai head and a skull combined. It is also about history as the Moyai head and a skull represents history as they are all extremely old items.
This sparks my imagination because I like history. I particularly like historical objects as it shows what the people made or looked like before.
The images in my mural that convey this is history related is obviously the skull and a Moyai head in it.
If I could paint it anywhere, one place I wish I could paint my mural would be a wall. Maybe a wall historical museum, due to the fact that a wall gives you a lot of space to work with.
The meaning/purpose would be of this mural would be to show people about history
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is the door preferably, because a door can catch many people’s attention and because it can make places less boring..
The meaning/purpose would be different here because the door may act like a time machine into history. The door can maybe be placed in a historical museum as they are related. You may be asking why I drew it into this. While I partially drew it from my imagination, my friends kept making me do extremely stupid things in my procreate as a joke.
The mural I’ve made is about a city of eyes, an eye overlord with many small buildings, interesting irregular patterns and shapes which connect all the eyes to the buildings. This sparks my imagination because it's very imaginative yet original 100%, eyes are something that you need to have sight, so I thought what would a city be like if there were tons and tons of eyes everywhere? The images in my mural that convey this are many tiny buildings and architecture surrounded with eyes and irregular shapes. If I could paint it anywhere, one place I wish I could paint my mural would be on the roof of the Hyatt Hotel in Hong kong. The meaning/purpose would be that nothing is impossible, everything is possible and that there are many irregularities in your life you’ll have to face soon enough. Another place I wish I could paint my mural is on the piano keys, I think it would create some type of a semi-illusion looking piano with eyes and tiny buildings. The meaning/purpose would be different here because it would create more of an illusion rather than a huge mural that it was ought to be.
The mural I’ve made is about a game called Among Us, half of my tram is dark, which represents the scary and dark sides, the other half of the tram is happy and joyful.
This sparks my imagination because I want to redraw the Among Us, because Among Us is usually very mysterious and they don't really have happy joyful sides. I know Among Us Among Us combines the thrill of a murder mystery, the alien setting of deep space, and social dynamics into a compelling brew that brings the best social board games to mind. It can be played online or locally over a network, and is best played with at least four or five people at once. Currently, there’s no true single-player option, although you can practice performing tasks in “Freeplay” mode offline.
The images in my mural that convey this are that I want other people who see this knows that even though our lives are scary, dark, and mysterious, there are still happiness and joyfulness out there in the world.
If I could paint it anywhere, one place I wish I could paint my mural would be on a tram
The meaning/purpose would be because trams move around and walls don't. Trams can go to many places and more people can see it.
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is on a plane; or on walls in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
The meaning/purpose would be different here because planes can often go to more places than trams or buses.
The mural I have made about is about among us is space and a rocket ship inside.
This sparks my imagination because it is pretty interesting, and sus, becuase I drew about the game among us which is actually cringe but sus lol, and I felt it this is really creative.
The images in my mural are some among us figures and also a rocketship and planets.
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is on a buses, because people in other places or cities even could see the mural/
If I could paint anywhere I could choose to paint my mural on the wall in the MTR or places so more people will see it.
The meaning or purpose will be to tell people and make them think about cool among us things and sparks their imagine.
Another place I would like to paint is my mural on a tram.
The mural I’ve made is about rocketships and space
This sparks my imagination because rockets go to space and space is very interesting for me because space is full of unknown things
The images in my mural that convey this are a small rocket, a lot of planets, a UFO, and a huge planet on the other side of the tram.
If I could paint it anywhere, one place I wish I could paint my mural would be on a wall in the city because a lot of people will walk past and see the mural.
The meaning/purpose would be to tell people about rockets and about space and think about what is in the huge universe and what is in it.
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is on a tram
The meaning or purpose would be different here because it would be going around the city and telling more people about space.
The mural I've made is a sky city above earth kind of like a portion of the earth has been sucked up from the earth like a huge city above it
This sparks my imagination because
This sparks my imagination because I got this Idea from this comic book that I really liked as a kid and I really like the idea of like a flying city above the earth
I would want to paint it on a wall because I think that it would fit and look better on a wall compared to something else like a bus, minibus etc.
There really wouldn't be a meaning or purpose for my artwork because I just got the idea from a comic book but I think that I need to make it more original like 51% mine
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is
Maybe a bus or a tram because it will have a big space and because it will be moving around a lot of people will see it
The mural I’ve made is about a sunny day with rainbow Wifi
This sparks my imagination because It makes me think of a sunny day with a rainbow but instead of a real rainbow theirs rainbow wifi and that sparks my imagination even more. I think that wifi sparks my imagination even more because it makes me think about the things in the internet and how wifi can connect to people all over the world
The images in my mural that convey this are the big rainbow wifi and the sun with clouds

The images in my mural that convey this are the normal netball round-shaped ball, and also the writing GILBERT on the netball. If I could paint it anywhere, one place I wish I could paint my mural would be on a Tram. The meaning/purpose would be for more people around Hong Kong to discover the sport Netball and get more people interested so they can try and play Netball.
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is on the Seattle Space Needle. The meaning/purpose would be different here because the Seattle Space Needle is the place I will never forget and I go there a lot in my holidays! It is the tallest skyscraper in Seattle so if I draw it there lots of people can see it, and also since its a famous place to visit the ones who visit can discover the sport Netball!
The mural I’ve made is a tram. The tram I made has a bear hugging a heart and some icing dripping down with rainbow sprinkles, the windows are made out of candy canes.
This sparks my imagination because I love sweets and sweets are delicious so I think that strawberry icing with sprinkles will look good and look so delicious.
If I could paint it anywhere, I wish I could paint my tram in an ice cream shop, because ice cream is delicious and because my tram is dripping icing or ice cream melting.
The mural I’ve made is about flying balloons and some flying books and some shooting stars.
This sparks my imagination because it would make me wonder what the fun of knowledge shown by drawing the books and the balloons would look like in others' eyes. The shooting stars also mean infinite possibilities when learning.
The images in my mural that convey are that people that see the mural can see the fun in learning.
If I could paint it anywhere, one place I wish I could paint my mural would be a little house in a remote area.
The meaning/purpose would be to show people from more remote areas to see the fun in learning. It would also add more colours to that area.
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is a library.
The meaning/purpose would be different here because the library is where you can find books; a place to learn.
The Mural I have made is about flying pigs the reason I choose flying pigs is because my friends and I have an inside joke about flying pigs, so I enjoy them.
This sparks my imagination because I know that flying pigs aren’t real but when I imagine all the possible scenarios for example it grows a unicorn horn all the possibilities, and that’s what sparks my imagination.
The images in my mural that convey this are
Mostly the wings without wings would probably just be a generic pig.
If I could paint it anywhere, one place I wish I could paint my mural on a tram or a bus something on wheels so more people will be able to see it.
The meaning/purpose would be
About friendship and how strong our friendship has grown since we had this inside joke.
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is
On a wall in maybe central, so more people can see it, I would like to paint my mural on a wall so it’s like a statement piece of HK.
The mural I’ve made is about a panda with different colours and I will spread my colours by drawing shapes, maybe triangle squares…
This sparks my imagination because the Panda is a giant species that we won’t normally see and also the colors combining makes me think of a whole new universe or planet. The colours also made me curious about the effect of every color combined.
The images in my mural convey these Panda’s and also objects with different colours like a variety of them so then there would be different combinations of Panda’s and the colour I use.
If I could paint it anywhere, one place I wish I could paint my mural would be on a giant wall in Hong Kong or maybe participate in HKwalls, etc like the one in the picture.
The meaning/purpose would be I want to show other people what I’m thinking of and also hopefully have other people agree with what I like.
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is I would like to paint my mural on a wooden table in Hong Kong because after painting my mural I would like to sell the table to a kid 5-7 years old. The reason for doing this is because I want to make a younger-aged child's day.
The meaning/purpose would be different here because the table I will draw on is a table for younger kids to do homework or maybe a drawing desk. The meaning would be different because instead of a lot of people looking at it, it’s only one child or two maybe using it. And also on a drawing table because I want to spark his/her’s imagination.

The images in my mural that convey this are
If I could paint it anywhere, one place I wish I could paint my mural would be a huge door
The meaning/purpose would be so that as if you will through the door and reach this different dimension of earth
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is a wall on a building
The meaning/purpose would be different here because it would just mean that the different side of the earth can be anywhere
The mural I’ve made is about myself and how I would describe myself as a person such as my personality
This sparks my imagination because I really wanted to know how I look if I drew myself.
The images in my mural that convey this are happiness, cheerful and stunned

The meaning/purpose would be to always be happy and be prepared.
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is the Great Wall of China
The meaning/purpose would be different here because on the Berlin wall, there are already lots of paintings but on the Great Wall of China, it can show power and strength.
The mural I’ve made is about different art tools and paint splashes all over an old tram.
This sparks my imagination because I really enjoy drawing and painting and this makes me think of different tools like a paintbrush, palette knife, palette, pencil, ruler, and even a canvas with sunset scenery on it. I also added two words on each side of the tram: Imaginative, passion, art (lit artistic), and creativity because I think these four words are very important for a successful artist. For the background, this sparks my imagination because I always wanted to change an old, rusty tram to a nice, colorful tram.
The images in my mural that convey this are different drawing/painting tools: paintbrush, palette knife, palette, pencil, ruler, and a painting canvas, two words on each side of the tram, with a rusty background that contains a lot of paint splashes.
If I could paint it anywhere, one place I wish I could paint my mural would be in the art room.
The meaning/purpose would be to make the artists in that room to be more 'creative', 'imaginative', 'artistic', and have a 'passion' for art.
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is on a tram or bus.
The meaning/purpose would be different here because it would bring fun and joy to people around it and influence more people to make art.
The mural I’ve made is about painting materials floating in space.
This sparks my imagination because art represents me because I love drawing. When I was young I always asked my mom to buy materials for me. As I grew up, I started wondering what would it be like if I was painting in space. What would happen? Will the pain go upside down and not spill? I also wonder if I just leave the paintbrush and canvas floating, will the paintbrush paint on the canvas. Will nothing happen?
The images in my mural that convey this are a canvas, paintbrushes, a paint palette, a towel, and a cup full of dirty paint water.
If I could paint it anywhere, one place I wish I could paint my mural on is a building wall that everyone passes by, and it's a wall that everyone can see. (not indoor)

The meaning/purpose would be different here because the meaning would be my childhood times when I was drawing on a piece of paper while lying on the floor.
The mural I’ve made is about a dove and balloons in a thunderstorm.
This sparks my imagination because I feel like if a dove and balloons are supposed to be in the thunderstorm they would have to be very strong, and I would think of the future when doves and balloons are strong enough to fly in thunderstorms and wonder about the technology at that time, however I don’t want to draw the technology because I am not very good at drawing robotic things.
The images in my mural that convey this are the dove, the balloons, and the background thunderstorm
If I could paint it anywhere, one place I wish I could paint my mural would be on a wall in a random street that is in no where particular because I feel like the mural may not be colorful enough to go on a tram or bus, and trams and buses would normally be more bright and cheerful to bring color into someone’s life, and it would be more suitable if it was on a random wall on the side of a stairway because when people are walking they can see it and be inspired, but also putting it somewhere where it wouldn’t make the place seem to dull.
The meaning/purpose would be to inspire people to be strong through the toughest times, even if you want to give up, stay strong like the dove and the balloons.
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is maybe on the side of a tram or bus because my artwork would be carried around and shown everywhere, and if I make the colors that aren't black very vibrant, the black background may make the non black parts seem even more bright, vibrant and sharp.
The meaning/purpose would be different here because it could act as a wake up call for people early in the morning as they may still be half asleep, and the bright and sharp colors can make them wake up.
The mural I’ve made is about outer space, and there are many different planets, which are a variety of colours. There are also other things, like flowers, and clouds with wings, with sparks my creativity. The top of the tram is not about space, and it is a streak of the colours of the rainbow, against a dull green.
This sparks my imagination because it makes me wonder about all the different planets in the universe, and what they might look like.
The images in my mural that convey this are planets in different colours. The colours are fun, and bright, which makes the planets very cheerful planets, and it is very positive.
If I could paint it anywhere, one place I wish I could paint my mural would be on an actual tram.
The meaning/purpose would be to spark people’s imagination about the universe, what other planets would look like, and to spread positivity since the tram would go to many places.
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is on a wall, maybe near the Hong Kong Space Museum, or somewhere near a space related building.
The meaning/purpose would be different here because it might represent the creativity and how interesting the building is, and what the building is about. Also, it would be intriguing to other people, and they would go in to see what is inside the building since my artwork might make it more fascinating, and it would allow others to let their imagination run wild, thinking about what is in outer space.
The mural I’ve made is about Discord & among us because some people that plays among us uses discord to communicate with each other in games and none of them have a discord and among us related logo, so I decided to make one
This sparks my imagination because I use discord and I played among us before and i saw none of the among us discord server have a among us and discord related logo
The images in my mural that convey this are a discord logo and a among us character with the color have a small change
If I could paint it anywhere, one place I wish I could paint my mural would be on a discord fan art show wall
The meaning/purpose would be be a discord among us logo
Another place I wish I could paint my mural is on the among us fan art wall
