ACTIVITY

Last day of Erasmus+ experience, we did a radio workshop. This activity was a radio experience that we did with the collaboration of Jade Rado, the local radio of Pornic who came to the Lycée Pays de Retz to record a Podcast about the Eramus experience that we had with the Catalan students and the French students.

In this workshop, Jim and his radio partner asked all the students in groups of 6 students about the Eramus+ experience. We rospond a lot of questions like: the differences in Catalan and French culture, the best moments together, the music we listen usually, the activities that we did in Catalonia and more questions about the two weeks we spent together.

All the students say that this activity was one of the best we have done all week because we got to spend time with our partners and friends and at the same time, we recorded a fantastic podcast which is broadcast in August .

Apart from the places, you have more information on Twitter about all the activities. If you want to see the whole experience and specifically the Radio Experience, you can enter this link:

OUR EXPERIENCE

My experience of the podcast we went to in France was very good. The radio equipment was very professional, everything sounded perfect, and once you put on the headphones, you couldn't hear the outside anymore. Also, the microphone had great quality when capturing the audio.

Next, the groups were composed of 4 or 5 French people and 4 or 5 Spaniards, so they asked us a series of questions, and then we answered them in English, and the French translated them into French, as they were broadcasting live on the local radio station in Pornic. Some problems we encountered when making the podcast were that people repeated themselves quite a bit, for example, when talking about their best experience. Also, there were issues with expressing themselves in English.
