Secondary Principal for SY 2025-26

Dear IICS Community,

I hope this message finds you all well. As we approach winter break, the Board of Trustees wanted to take a moment to share an important update regarding the resignation of the Secondary Principal and our next steps to find a replacement for this significant position.

Over the past decade, this role has seen a series of changes, in turn lacking continuity that has an impact on our school community. The Board of Trustees, in partnership with our Head of School, Mr. Nicolaas Mostert, have been carefully evaluating the situation at hand and have decided to not rush the hiring process to find a replacement for this leadership role. The timeline for the hiring process for such a position is generally a lengthy process taking up to 14-18 months.
