CAESArAUGUSTA, THE CITY OF THE EMPIRE

Zaragoza's roman remains

This is how we worked on Ancient Rome! We designed an stunning route around Caesar Augustus roman remains.  Organized in teams, students created a thematic route with the objective of discovering Zaragoza's roman remains; The River port museum, Roman walls, The Roman theatre...They also created some quizzies with the help of ICT tools.

Learning how democracy works!

Sometimes it is difficult to understand some process. Nevertheless, organization can help us! We discovered how democracy works thanks to step process; We divided the democracy ancient Greece system into 4 categories or steps (proposals, debate, voting process and dissemination) with the objective of understand how Ancient Greece inhabitants participate in politics. In the next days, we will share with school on the BRIT board!.

Prehistory Exhibition,  Zaragoza's museum

Wow! We had a great time! Students visited Zaragoza's museum, Prehistory room. There they became...museum influencers choosing and artpiece, doing a description and sharing their information and opinion with their schoolmates. Nice job guys!

Challenging school community

Recent studies show that 3/4 of handprints found in ancient caves were made by women. Students thought about this amazing fact and reflect on it. Finally, they created these amazing handprints and choose some interesting words.

The neolithic

Linking ideas

Brit students created this incredible mind maps with the objective of analyzing the most important neolithic revolution facts. The created bonds, and organized ideas with the objective of understanding the neolithic periodo.

MY PERSONAL TIMELINE

Because facts...matter! 


Students have been introducing to history methods by creating stunning personal timelines. They selected 5 relevant personal personal events explanning why they were so important. In addittion some photos and sketches have been created for supporting it. Finally, we have shared with school mattes at class, in an oral exposition! We enjoyed a lot!

THE PHARAOH, THE KING OF ANCIENT EGIPT

Caixaforum exhibition

How many things we discovered about Ancient Egipt! Before Christmas we visited the Caixaforum museum with the objective of learning about the power of the Pharaoh, the true king of Egipt. An exciting experience about the power of kings during Ancient History.

Circular communities

This is how we contribute to circular communites! Creating our own footprint calculator. This will help students, as active citizients, think about our environtmental footprint and how to reduce it. We also shared it with school community! By this way students can participate in.

DISCOVERING WATER!

iMAGINARY RIVER

Students have created an imaginary river to reinforce basic concepts around the course and the flow of a river; the river mounth, the river source, meanders....they have enjoyed it and shared with school comunity at the BRIT board.

THE WATER WORLD CHALLENGE

4 teams, 4 challenges! students have been organized in teams with the objective of solving 4 amazing challenges related to water preservation. They developed a plan for preserve Titicaca's lake or the Black sea, for example.
