Discovering Ancient Rome

Wow! Students enjoyed discovering how Ancient Rome cities works; Pompeii and their volcano, Constantinople the last city of the Roman Empire. Amazing urban places that helped us to understand Ancient Rome.

Finally, thanks to flip books, we add the opportunity to share results with school community! Everybody had the possibility to learn about this incredible spots.

VISITING ZARAGOZA'S MUSEUM

Working on artifacts

Students had really fun! We become exhibition curators for one day. How? We chose 2 museum artifacts and we justifed our election with the help of some questions. At the end we realized that museum are well organized; we was able to undertand museum story pieces.

Also, students had a nice time on the museum! we discovered it by ourselves while learning things about Ancient Rome culture.

EARTH DAY 23

Invest in our planet!

We had really fun! We celebrated Earth day becoming becoming superheroes! We visited Sitios' square in order to discover their 27 natural tree species. After, we took a photo and we edited it. Finally, We liberated baloons with some incredible good wishes for a better future!. After, students read them at English class.

TIME TRAVEL

Ancient river civilizations

Wow! We travelled...in time!! Ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia were our destinations!. We created these incredible brochures about Ur's Ziggurat or Babylon!. So, this will allow us to understand better how ancient river civilizations works. Finally we decided to show results at the BRIT corner.

Eco friendly Christmas!

1ºESO BRIT students have decided to celebrate Christmas in an special way. They created these stunning Christmas Greeting cards about Climates around the world with useful tips to preserve the Planet.

They created them in a digital way!

Celebrating EWWR 22

Do's and don'ts

Students carried out a little activity to celebrate EWWR 22 while introducing Climate action_13 Etwinning project at the school. They thought about the importance of reducing waste in our daily life.

They invited school community to modify their routines with the support of this simple tips always in a positive way.

Students created amazing graphics to describe it and showed it at the main hall.

SPACE AGENCY IN ACTION!

And here it is! Space Agency project results! Students have worked from 03 october to 21 october 22 in a interesting project that helped us to understand how maps are created to day. With this activity, we celebrated the world Space Week 22 and Europe Code Week 22! Have a look on it!

ERASMUSDAYS 22

Celebrating Europe!

1ºESO BRIT students celebrated Erasmusdays 22! They thought about European Union countries, first. After, The created and stunning collage about it with the help of befunky.com and jamboard. They really enjoyed it! This activity allowed students to discover European Union geography and their cultural heritage. Perhaps, in the future, one of this fantastic country could be their Erasmus+ destination!
