Using blockchain technology for badges and to track the progress of learners can help designers create experiences to learn more during their learning journey
When using blockchain technology, it is imperative that the learners know what their expectations are and what they need to achieve in order to succeed and do things such as earn a badge or be able to put the course or certification on the CV with the technology.
Zoë Zawadzki is currently a PhD candidate in Applied Linguistics and Technology and pursing a certificate in Instructional Design at Iowa State University. She is passionate about using technology in to learn. She enjoys helping others with education technology and integrating it into the classroom as a member of the Online Learning Team for the English Department. In academia, she has taught composition courses online at ISU and in industry, during an internship at The Toro Company, she designed her own course for service technicans to learn about hydraulics.
