At the Center for Open Education, we accept inquiries and questions regarding Online Learning. For this meeting, we chose to focus on several topics we often receive questions about. These included topics concerning whether or not an ELMS account is necessary to register students to Google Classrooms, the need to limit file sizes for student assignments in response to the increasing burden on Moodle's disc space, and how to use Google Drive as a place to share files without any data restrictions.
We are currently attempting to go through data and examples concerning Online Classes in order to gather the wisdom and know-how needed to hold them more effectively. In this meeting, we discussed how to ensure students with auditory impairments are able to gain information from Online Classes, ways to hold classes over video-conference, and how to get student email addresses.
Through the chat function, we received questions concerning topics such as the displayed file size on Moodle, if future Online Education workshops will use FD, and the possibility of introducing WebEx breakout rooms. Our answers will be made available on our FAQ, so please look for more info there.
We would like to thank all of our viewers today. Additionally, we offer a special thanks to those kind enough to answer questions in the chat while participating.

This will be the last regular meeting for the Online Learning Forum. From now on, we will be holding an Online Education workshop once per month. We look forward to your continued support in our endeavor to create a campus-wide community dedicated to sharing information concerning Online Learning.
