To be enrolled at MNVA, your student needs a computer and internet access. Some students may be eligible to receive a school-issued laptop computer from MNVA. To be eligible the family must qualify for educational benefits as determined by the Free and Reduced Meals (FARM) application. The family usually fills out the application for educational benefits form and submits it as part of the enrollment process. The form is reviewed by Leah Stinson at the MNVA office. Please email: info@mnva.k12.mn.us if you have questions about the form. Generally, according to income guidelines, if you would qualify for free and reduced meals, you would be eligible. Computers will not be shipped out until it is closer to school starting. If you do not qualify, you will need to provide a computer yourself. Please note that Chromebooks, smart phones and tablets/iPads are not recommended because they may not be fully compatible with MNVA platforms.
