How Attendance is Tracked

• Students should be schooling for at least 30 hours per week.

• Students should be logging into each class daily , Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-3:00 pm, and doing so from their student account.

• Students need to attend all required CC's by the end of the week (Sunday evening) or whatever the teacher specifies.

• Students need to submit all work associated with the required CC's (such as an exit ticket.)

• Elementary School Students: Learning coaches must log the student's attendance.

• Middle School and High School Students: Teachers log the student's attendance.

• Parents need to fill out the attendance form for any absences that need to be excused (please note, any illness taking over 3+ days consecutively needs a doctor's note, and any vacations leaving the state need to be pre-approved by administration.)

Just like in a traditional school, we know there will be times when a student is unable to attend all of their courses due to illness, family emergencies, etc. When your student is going to be absent from one or more classes please complete the online form accessible through the link below. Once submitted, this form will go directly to our office staff. This form must be completed by the student's legal guardian if the student is under the age of 18. Form linked below.
