When your materials arrive, please check to make sure you have all items listed on the packing slips.
Make a list of any items that are listed on the packing slip but are not in the box.
Report any missing or damaged materials to K12 Customer Support at 866-512-2273, option 1.
Items on backorder are not considered missing and do not need to be reported.
If you qualified for a loaner school computer, they will arrive shortly before school start date .
You will need to be home to sign for the delivery of the computer.
If you miss a scheduled delivery, you can contact UPS and arrange for a convenient delivery time.
When your computer arrives, you may set it up so it is ready to use by the first day of school. This includes setting up your internet service provider (ISP) if you've not already done so.

Begin thinking about the arrangement of your school area.
Some things you may want to consider:
Have a dedicated, distraction free work space.
If you have multiple children you will be working with:
Consider using different colors for each student. For example separate folder colors, storage bin colors, tablets, etc.
This can help with putting away and organizing school supplies.
Which items do you want readily available? Example: Textbooks and notebooks.
Which items you can keep in storage? Example: materials for a future semester.
