Desiree Brey is an Art Teacher with Howell High School Freshman Campus. She is currently teaching courses in Drawing, Photography, Art Survey, and Digital Art.
"I am originally from the U.P. and graduated from Michigan State University. This is my 15th year teaching in Howell, and I love helping students develop their talents as artists!"
Ms. Dicks is an Art Teacher at both the Freshman Campus and the 10-12 Building. She currently teaches Drawing 1, Art Survey, Digital Art 1, and Digital Art 2.
She has an immense passion for art, and teaching students how to tap into their creativity.
Mr. Lounds has been a teacher in Howell schools for 20+ years, loves to teach Art, but also continues to create art himself and has participated in many organized group art shows. He has a passion for helping kids reach their full potential in art whether they are in their first ever art class or in the AP Art program senior year.
Many students may have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Lounds outside of the classroom. He has been coaching cross country and basketball at Highlander Way Middle school since arriving in 2012. He also coached soccer at the high school for 7 years and La Crosse for one year before making the switch to middle school sports
Rose O'Reilly is an Art Teacher with Howell High School. She is currently teaching all levels of Ceramics and 3D Design, and she is also a certified AP Art and Design instructor. She is a practicing artist and enjoys staying up to date in all visual arts mediums.
Ms. O'Reilly is has many roles at the high school besides being an art teacher. She is the adviser of Kaleidoscope (Howell High School's diversity club), a member of the School improvement Team, a member of The Lighthouse (Howell High School's Mental Health Committee)
