• 4KV (or 12kV) connection at the southwest corner on Puapualenalena Street.

The utility line includes primary electrical, telephone, and broadband (Spectrum TV)

The utility transformer will likely be 1,250 to 1,500 KVA range, 480/277 volts. This would be for the entire campus after full build-out. 

The utility connection is required before MEP installation, which can be as early as July 2029.
