The design will be based on the K5 + G6-8 model: 120 per grade, a total of 1,080 students. Each elementary and middle school will have a separate staffing.
Ph I: G6-8 360 Students => (DOE ) We need 600 or more students to support all electives.
Ph II: K5 720 Students (If ES enrollment projection is lower than anticipated, divide this to PhII 360 K5 + Ph III: 360 K5 Students) => Start with minimum of 550 students
Additional rooms for Principals and Vice Principals.

The DOE may later choose to operate it as a K8 unified school.
