On September 17, 1787, the U.S. Constitution was signed, and today, September 17 is celebrated nationwide as Constitution Day. This week, students will explore Lesson 1: Creating the Constitution while continuing to develop their documentaries. In class, activities will include role-playing as delegates at the Constitutional Convention and playing an online game about ratifying the Constitution. A major focus this week will be strengthening note-taking skills. Homework assignments are listed in the homework document, and all students will take a quiz on Thursday.
