Manage Groups

Step by Step Guide

1. Access Manage Permission Groups

   • Click on your name in the top right corner.

   • Select "Manage Permission Groups."

2. Review Existing Groups

   • View preset groups: admin, general user, and view-only user.

3. Create a New Group

   • Click "Add New Group."

   • Name the group (e.g., Emergency Light Group).

   • Assign permissions (view, change, alert).

4. Advanced Group Settings

   • Toggle to "Advanced" for specific device access.

   • Select specific devices and assign relevant permissions.

5. Save and Edit Groups

   • Save the new group.

   • Edit as necessary by selecting the group and adjusting settings.

6. Assign Users to Groups

   • Go to "Manage Users" to assign users to the created groups.
