The Impact of Damar Hamlin (Ronney & Marko)

Being scared is a privilege! Fear is your biggest ally and opponent. Damar Hamlin leaves a huge impact on young athletes. Ronney and Marko adventure into a world of fear and doubt as they learn how to overcome the obstacles they face. They are joined by guest speaker Mr.Welsh, a seasoned physical education and health teacher, basketball, and football coach. They discuss their perspective on comfort and confidence and the love of the sport. Listen for tips on how to overcome fear and understand doubt. We realize the benefits of fear from different perspectives on sports and mental health.
