What's Happening the Week of September 14, 2026
Akram Abdulla, 10th
"Akram is a steady and positive presence in our classroom community. He quietly supports and encourages those around him while remaining focused and committed to his own academic success. Although Akram never seeks attention or recognition, he stands out through his strong work ethic, kindness, and genuine sense of community. He leads by example and consistently demonstrates the character and values we hope to see in every student. Akram truly exemplifies what it means to be Titan Strong."
Aubree Stillwell, 10th
"Aubree is a dedicated, conscientious, considerate and hardworking student. Her positive and kind personality shines daily, and her witt and humor is like no other. She absolutely loves to read and is a budding artist! We are proud to have Aubree represent the Collegiate Academy as our 10th grade Student of the Month!"
Awab Ahmed, 9th
"Awab is the epitome of what a CAHEB student should be. He is kind, hardworking, respectful, organized, and engaged. From the moment he entered my class, he has been on top of his work, asking questions, helping his peers, engaging in class and partner discussions, and so much more."
Ty Jackson, 9th
"Ty is one of the most diligent students in the 9th grade. She is actively engaged in class, helping her classmates and working through challenges with them. She is kind and respectful to her teachers in a way that is so refreshing. Most importantly though, she advocates for her learning and actively goes above and beyond in her studies."
This year we want to celebrate Texas Education Go Get It Week!
This is a time to focus on higher education opportunities, vocational training, future career choices, and military paths. And, what better way to kick it off than with College Colors Day and the HEB ISD College and Career Fair on September 14th!
See below for the rest of the themed days we have planned.
Both President Donya Ibrahimi of Student Council and President Caden Malone of JWAC are proud to officially announce the StuCo-JWAC Cooperation Initiative. This initiative is meant to foster and encourage cooperation amongst the two organizations and to help meet each other’s ambitious goals. This means that in the future, Student Council and JWAC will be partnering on fundraisers, events, meetings, and more! Both organizations are incredibly excited to see what they can do together and wish for this collaboration to last for years to come. Stay tuned for what this dynamic duo will be able to achieve in the very near future!
We are excited to

Important Information Regarding Edgenuity
Edgenuity is a program your student will most likely use while at the Collegiate Academy. We want to make sure all parents and students are aware of how it works and how CAHEB will be utilizing the program.
Edgenuity will be used in order to complete certain high school graduation requirements that are not covered by current or future dual credit classes. This specifically pertains to Business Information Management (if needed in 10th grade), Health (10th only), and Foreign Language. Please click the following link for a message from Stacy Force regarding Edgenuity.
Students need to meet the deadlines listed, or they will be pulled out of clubs & organizations until they are passing with a 70 and at the percentage benchmark.
Reminder: Students will need to devote time outside of the Edgenuity period on Fridays in order to complete the work. Students are welcome to finish the course as soon as they would like, before the December 11th deadline.
