Once you have completed the booklet, please download and print a hard copy of the Transition Quiz. Work through the quiz and bring this with you to hand in.

At least 1 large lever arch folder with dividers to hold all work, which can be separated out into unit areas.
Pupils may wish to have this at home, and bring a smaller working folder in that has the work from the current term / topic being taught. This can then be stored in the larger folder for revision was complete and moved on from.
