This can be a time of “big” feelings we are all worried about the virus and the people they care about. Some people feel angry because they cannot play with their friends or sad because they are missing special activities or events. Sometimes, we do not know why we feel the way we do, and we don't know how or why we are acting in a certain way.
Try playing emotion charades. This helps students (and parents) to identify, understand and express feelings will help us all to cope positively with our emotions and can increase our positive feelings (and maybe even have a couple laughs).
