• Using micro-bit, I created a dice, love meter and a "phone" because I thought it would be cool and it has variety so I get to use many different types of code blocks

• During this process, I learned how to use variables in code and also how to use a bit of math in my code.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to empowered learner because I learned how to code.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was getting confused on where certain codes were. I was able to do it by following the tutorial when I was lost.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the love meter. The reason why I would change it is because I kinda want to do different settings like do they have a crush on you or how much they hate you .

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in software development and coding.
