Using a computer, robot and a iPad, I created a battle bot because I believed I could beat Jason Joe Jimenez.
During this process, I learned how to build a sturdy ram.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative designer because I created my own ram.
A challenge I overcame on this project was the strength of my ram. I was able to do it by reinforcing it with some long bricks.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the size of the barricade. The reason why I would change it is because its alot smaller than I would've liked.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in engineering because I had created and designed a ram for a robot.
