7P7 CS Project

Using Scratch, I made many different things with code. Like, a game where you can't hit the buildings, my name animated and the google logo. I also made a story with some code to control it. I animating a name and google logo you can hit a button and let other things happen then just one at a time so its more entertaining.

During this project, I learned how to code things better and more about some of the things in coding that help you code better. I learned that there is more stuff in coding to do like not just making something do this or that but you can have something not show and switch characters. There is more stuff in coding that helps you do stuff better.

One of the 7 standards my project ties to would be Innovative designer. I chose Innovating designer because I am designing a name and a logo and a story. You have to retry and retry to make everything how you want it like in the google logo one I had to completely restart because it all reset.

A challenge I overcame was being able to follow the steps with the story to do the glitch and go back to the normal backdrop. I was able to overcome this challenge because I went back and redid the directions and was able to do the glitch over again. The glitch thing was kinda hard to follow.

Given a chance to do it again I would put more effort into the story one and the boat one because I felt rushed. I didn't put much effort into the the whole thing I just followed the directions and it was kinda boring. I would also redo the game one and add more stuff to it.

This project connects to carriers in making video games and coding things that games and sites do. You could code new games like the game one I did. You could also do coding for cool sites that do cool things when you click on curtain things. Like a video game designer.
