Day 1 I started playing around with a design. Day 2: I started finalizing my VR plan. Day 3: i continued work on my project. Day 4: i contiuned work on my project. Day 5 I finished my first version of this project. Day 6: i looked at my project in the VR headsets. Day 7-8: i edited and fixed my mistakes in my earlier version. Day 9: I finished my project.

My plan is to create a circus and a graveyard in VR

My project will be unique because the circus and graveyard will be different from anybody else's
Reflection
Using CoSpaces, I created a circus and graveyard in VR. I believe these selections could get me the best grade possible with the resources I was provided.
During this process I learned how to use and create things in virtual reality. I also learned skills needed to fix problems that may arise in my VR world.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I designed a VR world that can be experienced by many people. Along with the designing of the code so that the animals have the ability to move in my VR world.
A challenge I overcame on this project was the lack of experience in VR to create and use my VR world. I was able to overcome these problems by learning from my peers and by using the help manual provided in CoSpaces to solve these problems.
Given a chance to do this again, I would increase the complexity of my project. The reason I would change this is because with the knowledge gained completing this project I could now easily add more details. Specifically I would add a slightly eerier effect in my graveyard scene.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in VR design.
