Day 1: I started my Mirco:Bit Project. I also made the Micro:Bit say my name.

Day 2: I made the game called W's and L's

Day 3: I started to make Rock. Paper, Scissors

Day 7: We got to learn about a guy named Luke from Shark tank and why he started.

Day 8: I worked on my reflection and finished it.

My Reflection:

Using the Micro: Bit website and a Micro: Bit, I created many Micro: Bit games like Crashy Bird, Rock, Paper, Scissors, Snap the Dot, and many other things because. I wanted to challenge myself and try to make hard games. I also challenged myself to create a game each day to see which one was the best after all of the days we have been working on our project.

During this process, I learned how to work with Micro: Bits and learn how to code for the first timein my life. I also got to learn how to make games like Crashy Bird, Rock, Paper, Scissors. Some other things I learned was how to make/code something how to move around and learn how to make the ending of a game.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor because we took a variety of tools and methods so we can learn how to code and you can take that information and create something even better than that piece of research.

A challenge I overcame on this project was what each coding pieces actually do and how to make games for the first time . I was able to do it by watching a tutorial so I can learn what parts are what. I also watched a couple tutorials how to make some games so I can learn how to make a game.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the way I made my game. The reason why I would change it is because those games might not work the same as everybody that made the game right/correct. I would also change the name of the games because everybody might have the same exact name for that game.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School.

My project connects to careers in Web Developing because I will get the chance to make a web that will go world wide. And I will get to design, build, and maintain many websites and web applications which I think will be really cool. Finally, I will get to program other projects to do one thing and do other things.
