Mrs. Quesada's Class

Week 36

Announcements

This Tuesday, we will be going to the San Joaquin Fish Hatchery. Look for the bright green page in your child's take home folder for more information about who they are riding with and lunch details! We will leave school at 8:50 am and arrive back to school around 1 pm. We have our parent drivers for this trip; THANK YOU! Please make sure that your child DOES NOT wear their fanciest outfit on this day, even though that is the warrior week dress up day! If your student wants to participate in the dress-up day, they can prove to me or Miss Bok that their outfit has something to do with the letter "M".

WARRIOR WEEK is here! Look for the dress up days posted on our home page.

White Team: Kailyn Christoph , Roman Franco, Reese Gonsalves, Cash Mattos, Charlotte Robinson, Kylie Schales

Andy Thomas, Harlan Van Der Koi, Kyle Williams, Joey Zylstra

Blue Team: Brielle deJong, Sophia Eck, Charlotte Enriquez, Ella Goebel, Cole Jakovich, Mason Noji, Nngozi Nnadi, Josephine Raven, Jonathan Serpa, Makayla Van Die, Cassidy Warner

This week's alphabet countdown:

L is for Letters

M is for Microwave (Your child can bring a microwave snack with them to school that we will have in the afternoon after our field trip!)

N is for Neon (Be sure your wacky outfit has some neon so you can glow!)

O is for Olliebolen

P is for Picnic

There are many things that we need to make this Alphabet Countdown a success. If you would like to help by providing any of the materials that we need, we have an Amazon Wishlist link here.

( If any parent would like to help with Tie Dye day (May 16), please reach out to Miss Bok! We will need parent volunteers to make this one run smoothly. :)

Your 5th Graders are going to be getting their state projects ready for our big presentation on States Day! Please have your student bring a tri fold poster board to school this week so that they may begin to work on this project! It can be any color, except neon colors!

Black and white text or pictures can be printed at school, but color items will have to be printed at home!
