Mrs. Quesada's Class

Week 23

Announcements

Our Valentine's Day Party willl be on February 9th. If you are planning to have your student bring Valentines, please make sure to bring enough for everyone; there are 20 in our class.

Each Friday, the 5th Grade is in charge of ice cream sales for the school. We would love parent volunteers to help oversee these sales. Parents that volunteer will need to be at school around 11:15 to prep for sales starting at 11:30 and are typically finished around 12:15. If you would be willing to help with these sales, please use the Slottr  link here to sign up for a time.

Please be diligent in reminding your student to check their planners nightly for any assignment due dates, or upcoming quizzes/tests. As we are continually working on organization and independence, this is such an important tool to have. For any questions or concerns about our new Quarter three punchcard system click here.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him, shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his son into to World to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son. This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.

John 3:16-21
